The Law Firm provides complex legal support in the field of restructuring, of whole companies or individual aspects of their functioning (i.a. debt restructuring). By proposing concrete solutions, we take into account the specifics of one company's functioning as well as its business environment. We are efficient in negotiations with creditors. At the same time, we care about the security of the members of the board when proposing a solution.

In this field of practice, our actions consist of, i.a.:

preparation of restructuring plans,

support in the negotiations with employees or creditors,
